Welcome to our applications, developed and published by Khairul Anwar. By using any of our mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any of our apps, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our applications.

2. User Conduct

You agree to use our apps only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the app.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Some apps may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. Payment will be charged to your Apple or Google account upon confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active period. Refunds are not provided for unused portions of any subscription.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality within our apps are the exclusive property of Khairul Anwar. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the app without prior written permission.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any of our apps at any time for any reason, including a breach of these Terms.

6. Disclaimer

All apps are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the apps will always be secure or error-free, or that they will function without delays or disruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Khairul Anwar shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the app.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
