By accessing or using UltraZoom 200x, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use the app.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

UltraZoom 200x offers both auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase to access premium features such as high-resolution zoom, video recording, and audio capture.

• Monthly Subscription: Renews automatically each month until canceled.
• Yearly Subscription: Renews automatically each year until canceled.
• Lifetime Access: One-time purchase with no recurring charges.

Prices are displayed within the app and may vary by region. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period. You can manage your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.

3. License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use UltraZoom 200x for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these terms.

4. User Content

Any media (photos, videos) you capture using the app remains your property. However, you agree not to use the app for unlawful or harmful activities.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time if you violate these terms.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes implies your acceptance of the updated terms.
